The GETI GPIU 1012S inverter with charger and UPS (uninterruptible power supply) can be used as a backup power source to ensure the operation of various appliances, especially computers and other data systems during a power failure. The inverter powers the appliances from the mains. As soon as there is a power outage in the network, it immediately starts changing the DC voltage of 12 V from the backup battery to the AC voltage of 230 V∼AC in just 15 milliseconds. When the voltage in the electrical network is restored, the inverter will start feeding the appliances from the electrical network again and will start recharging the backup battery. There is also a 5V USB connector to power mobile devices.

Additional information:
The inverter switches on the fans automatically when the load exceeds 10 W. In idle mode, the fans do not rotate, i.e. if only connected to the battery. , when connected to the battery, the surge current is 1A, which stabilizes to 250mA after a while.
